Conveyor belts need to be repaired in time after they are worn out, so as not to affect the transportation efficiency. For some small damages of the conveyor belt, QMH recommends that you use the following repair methods:

Local hot vulcanization technology

It is very useful for some slightly worn parts and can quickly restore the performance of the conveyor belt, but this treatment method requires vulcanization equipment, the operation space is large and the time cost is high.

 Cold vulcanization technology

Rubber repairs agents mainly use the filling method to repair the damaged position of the conveyor belt. The cold vulcanization process is used to fill the rubber surface. It has the characteristics of impact resistance, wear resistance, and tear resistance. If there are long-distance scratches and large-area damage, repair strips can be used for repair. It is recommended to use QMH fast repair trips, which have a semi-vulcanized layer on the back and do not need to be ground.

 Hot patching repair

QMH hot patching material can be used for quick repair of various conveyor belts such as steel cord belts after being heated by a heat gun. It is used to repair the tearing of conveyor belts, edge damage of belts, belt scratches, and the removal of belt surface rubber.

Fast splicing Products

QMH fast splicing products are a kind of fast splicing products combined with foreign technology introduction and transformation, used for belt splicing and tear repair. It uses a new type of fast splicing repair material imported from abroad. The products has high strength and is more durable, with the characteristics of fast, easy, superior performance, and economical, and can replace hot vulcanization splicing ( requiring reservations, long time consuming, complex, technical dependence, heavy, and high cost).
